This is B VB  , a patient of yours on 1/5/01 to shut down the superficial vein on both legs with the goal of elimating chronic cramping in my calf muscles and varicose veins. I wanted you to know that I am now able to jog without the severe cramping in my calf muscles that has plagued me the last 4 years. It's great to be able to go out for a jog again and not have to worry about this problem. In addition, the bulging varicose veins have 95% disappeared as well. It took a few weeks after the surgery but they did virtually disappear. Just thought I'd let you know as I realize this was a relatively new procedure in the US and wanted others who have the same problems to know that this worked great for me.
